Last week, Dinmark joined the “Povir” project by Diia.Business in Ternopil, which brings together women entrepreneurs who believe in themselves, their ideas, and the future of their own businesses.

As part of the program, our Marketing Director, Vasylina Kharkhalis, spoke as a trainer on the topic: “Marketing: How to Understand Your Customer and Create a Strategy That Works.”

Together with the participants, we discussed how to identify your own value, understand customer needs, see competitors not as a threat but as a reference, and find your place in the market through positioning.

The meeting included many heartfelt conversations, practical exercises, and new ideas. Each participant had the opportunity to look at their business from a different perspective—to see a story within it that can inspire and sell.

For us at Dinmark, initiatives like this are not only a chance to share our own experience but also a reminder that business development begins with openness, mutual support, and a desire to grow together.
