Chain - a hardware product consisting of links of round or oblong shape connected in series with each other. Like most other rigging products, chains are used in various fields - from economic to industrial purposes.

Types of chains

According to the type of rings, size and other design characteristics, these products are of several types. The most common are round-link chains. They, in turn, may have a different size of links and depending on this are divided into:

• medium-chain chains.

Both are, at first glance, a seemingly simple metal chain, but breaking loads, flexibility, abrasion resistance and other characteristics are completely different.
