KI-10N is a polypropylene facade anchor with a drive-in metal shank, designed for the mechanical fastening of thermal insulation materials in exterior thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS). Thanks to its steel drive-in shaft, it ensures quick installation and reliable fastening of insulation in concrete, solid and hollow bricks, aerated concrete, and other lightweight building substrates.
Features and Benefits:
- Simple and quick installation thanks to the steel nail, which ensures reliable expansion of the anchor within the substrate.
- High fastening efficiency in lightweight and porous building materials.
- Reduced heat loss thanks to the impact-resistant nylon head of the rod, which minimizes the formation of thermal bridges.
- A rigid clamping plate ensures secure fastening of the insulation and prevents it from vibrating under wind loads.
- Can be used with additional KWL clamping plates with diameters of 90, 110, or 140 mm for installing insulation of various thicknesses and densities.
- Certified for use in substrate categories B, C, D, and E.
Application: The anchor is designed for the mechanical fastening of exterior thermal insulation in ETICS systems. Suitable for installing panels made of:
- expanded polystyrene (EPS);
- mineral wool;
- wood fiber boards;
- polyurethane (PU) boards;
- other lightweight thermal insulation materials.
Substrate material: The anchor can be used for installation in the following building materials:
- concrete;
- solid brick;
- hollow brick;
- lightweight concrete blocks;
- aerated concrete.
Depending on the type of base, it falls into application categories B, C, D, and E.
Material: polypropylene. Polypropylene is a thermoplastic polymer characterized by high resistance to chemical exposure, moisture, and temperature fluctuations.
