Technical characteristics
The rivet nut is a universal fastener that can be used to create reliable, high-strength and long-term permanent connections between two or more construction elements made of different materials. Due to its corrugation, once placed, the longitudinal notches adhere to the material, preventing the nut from rotating or twisting. The result is an extremely secure and stable threaded connection.
The enlarged shoulder is designed to provide additional resistance or retention when tightening the nut.
Field of application automotive industry, mechanical engineering, construction, electrical engineering.
Manufacturing material is A2 grade stainless steel. Steel grade A2 allows the fastener to be used at significant temperature fluctuations and in aggressive and humid environments.
