The four-lobe rivet is a pull rivet with a break in the rod, designed for quick and easy joining of hard materials to soft or low-strength materials. The rod head has edges that cut the rivet body longitudinally on the blind side/part. It is divided into four petals that bend outwards and come into contact with the material being riveted, forming a large diameter closing head. This large expansion on the blind side distributes the load and tightening forces, reducing the risk of material crushing and failure. Once the riveting process is complete, the rod head detaches, leaving a central hole.

A flat shoulder is the most versatile type of rivet head for all-round use.

Field of use: automotive industry, vans, construction works (plasterboard partitions, coating, insulation, etc.), Upholstery, plastic components, woodworking industry, household appliances.

Material: A combination of aluminum and steel elements.

Coating: we offer coating in two types of RAL colors: RAL9003, RAL9005.
