DIN 3055 is a steel wire rope for tensioning, which is a rigging accessory made of connected strands. Stretch rope DIN 3055 got its name because it is used for the purpose of stretching elements. A tower or antenna fixed by the tensile method is not prone to roll or fall, if the strength of the cable is sufficient for the resulting load.
The scope of application is used for the installation of television towers, antennas, remote signal transmission devices. It is also widely used in fixing high voltage lines to increase the fixing strength.
The material of manufacture is stainless steel. Strength class A4 allows the use of fasteners with significant temperature changes and in aggressive and humid environments.
