An anchor nut for stone with a flange consists of a threaded sleeve, several rows of serrated crowns, and a nylon flange. It is designed for fastening in very hard materials, namely: marble; granite; natural stone; sintered stone; porcelain tiles; composite materials; Corian acrylic stone; FBS (bakelite plywood); decorative HPL plastic, etc.
The features and advantages of this type of nut are:
- The crowned design provides high pull-out resistance.
- Simple and quick installation with the appropriate tools.
- Fastened to the base without the use of sealants or adhesives.
- The nut design prevents cracks in the base even with a small thickness (from 7.5 mm) due to the uniform distribution of load in the hole.
- A 1 mm thick plastic flange ensures the nut is positioned in the hole, protects against small particles of material and dirt, and acts as a gasket to protect the base surface from possible damage to the fastening element.
Scope of application: facade panels, ventilated facades, wall coverings, wall cladding, furniture, decor, interior and exterior, kitchen and sanitary elements, natural stone stairs, memorial structures, etc.
Material: The flanged anchor nut is made of AISI 303 stainless steel and PA6 polyamide.
