Chemical anchor EPO PLUS RE is a pure 3: 1 epoxy resin for structural applications. Option 1 is CE certified for use on cracked or uncracked concrete with threaded strips and reinforcement, as well as for application on wet concrete or immersed in water. Certified on fastenings in seismic zones, categories C1 and C2.

Advantages of the G&B chemical anchor

- The fire resistance of the mount is F120. Certified for use on core holes. The chemical anchor guarantees safe fastening and high load values even on semi-rigid and perforated supports.
- If the mount is used close to the edges, it does not create tension in the support.
- Creates a waterproof connection.

- Good machinability even at high temperatures.

Operating temperature I:- 40 ° C ÷ + 40 ° C (short time maximum temperature + 40 ° C; long time temperature + 24 ° C).

Operating temperature II:- 40 ° C ÷ + 60 ° C (short time maximum temperature + 60 ° C; long time temperature + 43 ° C).
Storage temperature from +5 to +35 ° C.
Shelf life from the date of manufacture: 24 months.

Base material For structural applications of restructuring and sealing, for fixing on concrete with steel reinforcement, fixing in holes immersed in water and holes with a core. For complex fastening on the main building materials: stone, concrete, solid, semi-solid, hollow brick, wood.

Scope Suitable for use with bars with improved adhesion and threaded bars, for structural joints, for sealing wooden floors. Used for facades, roofs, wooden and metal structures, metal profiles, columns, beams, consoles, sanitary systems, pipes, reinforcement and sealing structures.
