Technical characteristics
Self-locking Nut - it is a nut used in connection elements that are constantly under the influence of dynamic loads, and especially vibration, which can cause untwisting. Contouring in DIN 982 is due to the nylon ring, in which the thread is cut when twisting.
Scope DIN 982 is used in mechanical engineering, construction, warehousing equipment, lifting equipment, agricultural machinery, tools, etc.
Material high-strength structural alloy steel. High strength class 10 allows the use of nuts with high-load connections.
Coating Zinc (Plated) protects against corrosion if you plan to use fasteners in aggressive conditions.
