Rivet four-petal Al/St painted with enlarged shoulder Bralo

The petal rivet from Bralo is a pull rivet with bar break designed for fast and easy joining of hard materials to soft or low strength materials.

The head of the rod is provided with lips that longitudinally cut the body of the rivet on the blind side/part. It splits into four lobes that curve outward and make contact with the material to be riveted, forming a large diameter closing head. This large expansion on the blind side distributes the load and tightening force, reducing the risk of crushing and breaking materials. Once the riveting process is complete, the rod head is detached, leaving a center hole.

The enlarged shoulder is the part of the rivet that has a larger diameter and is used to provide better adhesion to the base material. This shoulder allows the load to be evenly distributed during riveting and provides greater bond strength, especially in applications where high resistance to vibration or tearing is required.
