Technical characteristics
The exhaust rivet allows you to create an inseparable connection of the elements of sheet structures, through an appropriately prepared hole. Mounted on one side of the structure, with a manual, electric or pneumatic tool. Allows you to abandon welding, speeds up and facilitates the installation of structures. It has a very large assortment of materials from which it is made, as well as their combinations in its design, which consists of a rivet body with a cap of various geometric configurations, and a rod that partially detaches during installation.
An enlarged shoulder - a large surface ensures the distribution of pressure over a large area of the material, as a result of which it is prevented from possible deformation or cracking.
Scope of use: automotive industry, bodies - industrial trucks, electronics, air conditioning and heating, construction, metallurgical industry, metal furniture, household appliances, stairs production.
