The ISO 4035 is a special low hex nut that prevents the self-detachment of linked fasteners of extended height or standard height.
ISO 4035 fastener group
Depending on the material of manufacture, ISO 4035 nuts are divided into groups:
- Brass fasteners - nuts made of brass
- Stainless fasteners - nuts are made of stainless steel
Materials for the manufacture of ISO 4035 nuts
ISO 4035 is made from a variety of materials:
- Steel, which can optionally be coated with galvanized and plain (white) zinc.
- Brass, no coating material required
- Stainless steel A2 and A4
Areas of application for ISO 4035 nuts
ISO 4035 is used in:
- shipbuilding,
- machine building, engineering,
- instrument making,
- furniture production together with nuts and bolts of the corresponding threaded connection
