ISO 7092 Reduced washer

   ISO 7092 is a flat washer (narrow, lined) - a fastener that has a reduced outer diameter and almost does not protrude beyond the dimensions of the head of a standard bolt or nut. It is made of steel with a hardness of 140, 200 HV. They are used with screws that have a cylinder-shaped head. This product is also known as a backing washer or reduced washer.

Applications for ISO 7092 washers

     ISO 7092 is used to increase the clamping area in various types of connections, reduce pressure on the surface of the connecting materials, and reduce friction between the nut and the surface of the part when tightening.

     It is most commonly used in mechanical engineering, but due to its universal properties, it is used in almost all sectors of modern industry.
