From Learning to Action: Student Practical Session at Dinmark
Yesterday was a special day for us — we welcomed students from the Department of Entrepreneurship, Trade, and Logistics of LTEU
We showed and explained to them how real business works and how to apply their knowledge in practice. Igor Kharkhalis shared his personal story of starting a business, and together with Vasylyna Kharkhalis, we discussed the importance of soft and hard skills that can already be developed to land a dream job and work for a dream company in the future.
It was sincere, dynamic, and full of spark in the eyes
Thank you for your thoughtful questions and engaging conversation — you truly inspired us!
During the visit, the students had the opportunity to explore real business processes in action, learn about the company’s organizational structure, its operational activities, and the principles of effective management.
The company’s director shared his story of founding the business, his experience with supplier relations, organizing transport logistics, and implementing modern business tools. He also answered numerous student questions about generating business ideas and turning them into reality. Together with the Head of the Marketing Department, Vasylyna, they encouraged the audience to develop both hard and soft skills for future career success.
