A semicircular head bolt is a fastening consisting of a metal stud with a full metric thread and a semicircular head with a slot.
Scope The DIN 7380-2 bolt is applied in industrial and industrial spheres (very popular in furniture production)
Material high-strength structural alloy steel. High strength class 10.9 allows the use of bolts for high-load connections.
Coating: black zinc cloth.
Main characteristics of this coating:
- Organic black topcoat;
- Excellent corrosion protection;
- High hiding power on silver and black base coatings;
- Attractive uniform black appearance;
- Very good chemical resistance; increased UV resistance;
- Excellent adhesion, i.e. the coating does not peel, crack or flake even under mechanical stress or chemical attack;
- Integrated lubricant component for controlled friction characteristics;
- No hydrogen embrittlement;
- Excellent corrosion resistance in NSST and cyclic corrosion tests.
