DIN 127-A is a type of washer used to prevent fasteners from unscrewing. A spring washer is one type of stainless steel washer. Other names you may encounter in everyday life are grover washer and grover.
These washers come in two shapes: shape A and shape B. Shape A washers are distinguished by their curved (downward sloping) ends. These washers grip the surface better, thereby preventing self-loosening. They can also be used in conditions with high vibrations or significant loads.
Scope of application: mechanical engineering, metal structures, solar energy, automotive industry.
Material: A4 stainless steel. The A4 steel grade allows the washer to be used in environments with significant temperature fluctuations and in aggressive and humid environments.
