Application of medium soft ropes ART 8038
The tension rope of the ART 8038 standard is used for the installation of television towers, antennas, and remote signal transmission devices. It is also widely used for fixing high-voltage lines to increase the strength of fixation. With a run of more than 100 meters, it is necessary to mount a cable fixed around the high frequency line between the transmitters and the receiver. And when moving through the sections, a galvanized rope and power transmission cable are fixed. In this case, the load is taken by the rope, which has a safety margin.
In addition, the scope of application directly depends on the material of manufacture and coating of the product:
- Galvanized steel offers good corrosion protection if the fastener is to be used in aggressive environments.
- Stainless steel allows the fasteners to be used at significant temperature fluctuations and in aggressive and humid environments.
