GOST 5932-73 Socket nuts are nuts that are used on various types of axles and shafts subject to vibration and dynamic loads. Holes are drilled in these axles into which, after tightening the nut, cotter pins are inserted, which in turn pass through vertical slots in the nut. This allows the nut to be securely fastened and prevents it from loosening during vibration.

- Stainless steel grades A2 and A4. Allows the fasteners to be used at significant temperature differences and in aggressive and humid environments.

It is intended for use in conjunction with bolts that can be completely immersed in the hole. Installation takes place at the expense of the structural part, the so-called crown.
