ISO 7092

 ISO 7092 Slant washer is a square slant washer that is installed under nuts or bolt heads for alignment purposes. It is a square-shaped product with a hole in the center and a groove on one side. In cross-section, the washer has different thicknesses, which is why it is called “oblique”. It is used as a part of bolted fasteners for connecting I-beams with a 14% slope.

     ISO 7092 washers are most often made of stainless steel and belong to the stainless fastener group.

     ISO 7092 washers are made of the following materials: 

• Steel, which can optionally be coated with zinc and hot-dip galvanized.
• Stainless steel grades A2 and A4. Allows the fasteners to be used at significant temperature changes and in aggressive and humid environments.

    The square oblique washer ISO 7092 has a specific purpose, it is indispensable when it is necessary to align the planes of the parts to be joined.      ISO 7092 is used to compensate for the angle of inclination and is placed under the bolt head or under the nut when mounting to the channel shelf. The angle of inclination is 14 degrees, has two parallel grooves or no grooves at all.
