Self-locking Nut it is a nut used in connection elements that are constantly under the influence of dynamic loads, and especially vibration, which can cause untwisting. Contouring in DIN 985 is due to the nylon ring, in which the thread is cut when twisting.
Scope DIN 985 is used in mechanical engineering, construction, warehousing equipment, lifting equipment, agricultural machinery, tools, etc.
Material high-strength structural alloy steel. High strength class 8 allows the use of nuts with high-load connections.
Coating: black zinc cloth.
Main characteristics of this coating:
- Organic black topcoat;
- Excellent corrosion protection;
- High hiding power on silver and black base coatings;
- Attractive uniform black appearance;
- Very good chemical resistance; increased UV resistance;
- Excellent adhesion, i.e. the coating does not peel, crack or flake even under mechanical stress or chemical attack;
